Seventh, did they correctly torque all of the bolts, or did they simply wing it, particularly with regard to the crankshaft pulley? While it comes to shaving time, there are plenty of options, but quality is sacrificed when shaving time. Were you satisfied with your purchase?

Fourth, how thorough were their inspections of equipment such as cam and main seals when they were on the premises.
Did they mix the coolant with distilled water or plain water, and how did they mix the coolant and water to the proper ratio when they filled it, i.e., did they mix it externally and then pour it in, or did they put some of one and some of the other in and just guess that it was the right ratio?
Is it possible that they did not torque all of the nuts adequately, notably the crankshaft pulley bolt?

When does the water pump need to be replaced?
